ONALASKA — The Wisconsin State Patrol released the name of the Monroe County woman who died Tuesday morning after a rollover crash on westbound Interstate 90 in Onalaska.

Margo Marie Degenhardt, 22, was ejected from her 1999 Chevrolet pickup at mile marker 7 between 1 and 3 a.m. after she drifted off the road, over-corrected and rolled the truck.

The cab of the truck detached from the frame. Degenhardt was not wearing a seat belt.

Margo, from what little I knew of you, you were a funny, sweet young woman. A very good friend of my daughters, thank you for lighting up her life and welcoming her into your circle of friends after we moved down here. Rest in Peace you will be missed.
