Spiritual direction can be described as compassionate, nonjudgmental listening, as helping people find their inner wisdom and tell their sacred stories. It is open to people of all faith backgrounds and traditions.
The Franciscan Spirituality Center, 1920 Market, St., will offer a free information session to answer questions about what spiritual direction is, how it works, what to consider when selecting a spiritual director and the differences between individual and group direction from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 10.
FSC associate director Steve Spilde will lead the session. Register by calling 608-791-5295.
