The Coulee Council on Addictions will sponsor the 35th annual free Turned Leaf Family Festival Saturday at the main shelter at Myrick Park as a celebration for families and individuals who seek an alcohol-free environment to celebrate Oktoberfest.

The event will begin at 11 a.m. with a picnic lunch, with games for children, face painting, a craft table and live music from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The 2016 Oktoberfest royal family is scheduled to drop by at about 3 p.m. Magician Isaiah Foster will perform at 4:15.

Entertainment will wrap up the evening, with live music and karaoke beginning at about 5:15 and lasting until 9 p.m.

Although the event is free, voluntary donations are welcome.
