I think the argument here is that the dogs sniffing for drugs find a tangible item in the drugs and therefore evidence is there and now where this is more hypothetical.



Tribune did a phenomenal job with this article and timeline, I was reading an article at WXOW and they had so few details around this that it was impossible to understand what actually occurred here. Kudos to the tribune!
