The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Tristen Landers, 29, of Onalaska was charged Thursday with possession of methamphetamine and THC on or near certain places and resisting an officer. Landers resisted arrest and had meth and marijuana at the jail on Thursday, according to the complaint.
Tarrance Carr, 37, of 1007 Charles St. was charged Thursday with two counts of heroin delivery, possession of drug paraphernalia, party to the crime maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession with intent to deliver heroin and THC, both as party to the crime. Carr sold heroin in January before police found heroin and marijuana at his house on Monday, according to the complaint. Todd Miller, 48, of 1007 Charles St. was charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place as party to the crime and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Misty Valentine, 35, also of 1007 Charles St., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, an illegally obtained prescription and drug paraphernalia. Police found a digital scale in Miller’s bedroom, and Valentine had meth, prescription drugs and a pipe on Monday, according to the complaint.
