Accused

Nickless Scarlette, 39, no permanent address, was charged Tuesday with battery by prisoners as a repeat offender. Scharlette punched another inmate at the La Crosse County Jail on Oct. 16, according to the complaint.

Megan McCarthy, 33, of 1420 Hwy. B was charged Tuesday with delivery of a scheduled I or II narcotic, felony bail jumping and possession of narcotic drugs, methamphetamine, THC and drug paraphernalia, all as a repeat offender. McCarthy sold 2 grams of heroin on Oct. 19 before police found heroin, meth, marijuana and a scale at her home, according to the complaint.

Thomas Buisman, 59, of West Salem was charged Tuesday with fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Buisman drove Oct. 21 with a 0.20 percent preliminary blood-alcohol concentration, according to the complaint.

Antoine Hardie, 32, of 1228 Ferry St. was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver narcotics as party to the crime, three counts of heroin delivery, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia, all as a repeat offender. Hardie sold heroin on Sept. 14, Oct. 3 and Oct. 19 before police found 26 grams of fentanyl at his house on Oct. 25, according to the complaint. Also present during the search was Vasili Saunders, 41, of Sun Prairie, Wis., who was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver narcotics as party to the crime.

Vincent Hudson, 53, of 2323 Prospect St. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia, both as a repeat offender. Hudson had 1.7 grams of heroin and two scales on Oct. 25, according to the complaint.

Breanna Dvorak, 31, of 1215 S. 22nd Drive was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotic drugs and retail theft, both as a repeat offender. Dvorak stole merchandise from Kohls and had 0.9 grams of heroin on Monday, according to the complaint.
