The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:

Accused

Terrance Traylor, 43, of Onalaska was charged Tuesday with strangulation, two counts of misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, all as a repeat offender. Traylor strangled and punched a woman on Friday, according to the complaint.

Jeanette Hammes, 21, of Onalaska was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping and possession of THC. Hammes violated her bond Feb. 3 by having 3.5 grams of marijuana, according to the complaint.

Jill Schwingle, 47, of Highland, Wis., was charged Tuesday with battery to a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. Schwingle kicked a La Crosse police officer on Jan. 26, according to the complaint.

Angelo Ervin, 49, of 1918 Prospect St. was charged Tuesday with sixth-offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. Ervin drove Friday with a 0.21 percent preliminary blood-alcohol level, according to the complaint.

Gregory Fissette, 50, of Onalaska was charged Tuesday as a fugitive. Fissette is wanted in Connecticut for escape, according to the complaint.

Jessica Vine-Evenson, 32, of Houston, Minn., was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine. Vine-Evenson violated her bond Monday by having meth, according to the complaint.
