The following people appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:
Timothy Clinch, 50, of 408 S. Sixth St. was charged Friday with two counts of battery to an emergency rescue worker, attempting to throw or discharge bodily fluids at a public safety worker, throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker, disorderly conduct, felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct. Clinch on Thursday struck a nurse and hospital security guard with a pulsometer and tried to spit on a police officer, according to the complaint.
Trevor Midtlien, 25, of Westby was charged Friday with felony bail jumping and operating during license revocation. Midtlien violated his bond Tuesday by driving with a revoked license, according to the complaint.
Jarel Jenkins, 23, of 728 Division St., No. 4, was charged Friday with possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed knife, obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, all as a repeat offender. Police found Jenkins with a gun, folding knife and pipe after he ran from officers on Thursday, according to the complaint.
