Brown, who has touched millions of people worldwide with her work on the topics of vulnerability, courage, authenticity and shame, notes in her book, “If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall.”
The series is about getting back up, Spilde said, adding, “We will learn the physics of vulnerability, including the principles that courage is contagious and rising strong is a spiritual practice.”
The series, open to both men and women, will include mini-lectures, personal reflection and small-group discussion.
The $160 cost includes a workbook. Participants can registration at the FSC website or by calling 608-791-5295. The deadline is Sept. 17.
