Local woman hurt in I-90 crash

A 22-year-old La Crosse woman was injured Aug. 28 after a single-vehicle crash in Winona County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Amanda Vera Lewis was operating an eastbound 2006 Chevy Impala on Interstate 90 when her vehicle struck a guard rail and rolled over.

Lewis was transported with non-life-threatening injuries to Gundersen Health. The State Patrol reports she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
