Aquinas High School graduate Bronson Koenig made his debut with the Grand Rapids Drive of the G League on Tuesday by scoring five points in a 103-96 victory over his previous team, the Windy City Bulls.

Koenig, a 6-foot-3 guard who played at the University of Wisconsin, was traded from the Bulls to the Drive on Saturday.

Grand Rapids (3-0) outscored Windy City (0-2) by 16 points in the fourth quarter to come back for the victory.

Koenig played 17 minutes and made 1 of 2 shots — both from the 3-point line. He also made two free throws, grabbed three rebounds and had one assist and one steal to go with one turnover.

Marquette's Dwight Buycks led Grand Rapids with 29 points, while the Bulls were led by 24 points from former Whitefish Bay Dominican standout Diamond Stone.
